2. Major Faults or Failures
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the vehicle has a major problem, such as:
• The vehicle is unsafe to drive
• The vehicle is significantly different from its description
• It has a fault that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known
• It doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed

If a vehicle has a minor problem, we will:
• Repair the issue within a reasonable timeframe at no cost to you
• If we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement

4. Used Vehicles
Used vehicles are covered under ACL. However, refunds will only be provided if the vehicle:
• Has undisclosed faults that affect safety or performance
• Was misrepresented or not fit for purpose
Normal wear and tear or issues disclosed at the time of sale are not grounds for a refund.

If you pay a deposit or holding fee and decide not to proceed with the purchase, the amount may be non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
